How good is Shaklee?

Saya akui saya memang sgt 'obses' dgn kesihatan..dulu-dulu kuat makan megi,skrg 2-3x sebulan,dulu2 suka minum 3in1..org bilang sembarang saja makan..hihi..tp lepas berat badan naik sikit dan selalu rasa lemas-lemas,saya mula baca byk articles pasal kesihatan ni especially MAKANAN yg tepat dan sesuai utk dimasukkan ke dalam perut. 

So berbalik kepada tajuk post di atas,bgs btul ka ni Shaklee ni?dulu2 saya penah consume Herbalife dn mmg sgt bgs la tp agak mahal utk golongan average mcm saya ni (T_T)..penah dgr pasal Shaklee tp masa tu saya x kisah sgt sbb ingatkan Shaklee ni mahal gilak..sekali dpt info dr kwn yg sdh jd member,rupanya produk Shaklee ni x la mahal sgt, x jg murah sgt tp kira affordable la..

Saya start beli B-complex saja utk atasi kecepatpenatan saya (cepat penat :p) dan supaya senang tidur..last Okt was very busy with wedding preparation so saya susaaaa mau tidur T_T.. bila start consume B-complex,kesan paling ketara adalah saya x cepat penat malah stay fresh sampai abis keja ptg (dulu2 mesti cari kopi lps lunch)..tidur pun senang lena,bangun pun x liat mcm dulu..tapi memang kena jd pengunjung tandas yg setia sebab consume vitamin ni kena minum byk air dan juga utk detox..so far saya sdh consume 1 bln,masih ada 2bln lbh utk habiskan (Jimatttt kan)..


Ni la muka B-complex tu..ada 120 tablets,mkn 1 biji lepas bekpes setiap hari

Lepas consume B-complex, saya jadi member Shaklee dan order pla Vitamin C utk supplement seterusnya..baru 1 minggu consume so belum brp nmpk kesan dia la..saya aim untuk kulit cantik heheheehehe


Ni pla Vitamin C..ada 180 tablets so mau 5bln lebih la kasi habis...^^

So siapa2 mau supplement yang berkesan, saya rekomen Shaklee!!! Berbaloi dgn harga dan kandungan produk..dari kita saja baitu... hehe :D

Short Vacay in KL

Hubby and I  went on short trip to KL on 13th - 15th March. But actually hubby was already in KL for work from 10th March so I was only followed him there on 13th. It was very short and tiring vacation but we still enjoyed the moment so much.. It was my first time arrived at Klia2, it was quite spacious but I still can find direction easily as there were enough signboards to follow.  I went directly to 1 Utama via Skybus. It took me about an hour to reach there. I went here for dinner with my sister who worked at The Curve. This kafe is located at Ikano (IPC), just opposite the The Curve building. Creative menus' book. I ordered the Traditional Mien Fen Guo. and drink the soy milk as I felt gastric was attacking :( My food! It was tasty enough, licin juga la sa makan. Hoho This was my sister's. If not mistaken, it was dried...mien. Cant recall the exact name. The sauce was perfect! After dinne...

Cerita Suka Duka Bisnes Shaklee

Bercampur baur perasaan bila ingat-ingat balik kenangan masa mula2 buat bisnes Shaklee. Awal-awal dulu tiada transport sendiri dan sa jarang simpan ready stock, bila ada order sa cari runner utk beli di branch & COD sm customer. Kalau jual harga non member, ada la suku atau kdg2 half profit bagi runner; belajar berbagi rezeki. Syukur jg runner yg sa pernah berurusan cukup jujur & amanah. God bless you bro! Dari penampang, ke seluruh Kota Kinabalu. Pernah juga minta runner datang ambil stok dari church sebab customer mau urgent masa tu. Bangga dgn kepelbagaian org Sabah, semua pun sporting habis.  Ada jg customer request order dulu tapi belum byr, sebab kawan2 jg jadi sa beli dulu guna duit sendiri. Sekalinya last minit cancel orderšŸ¤£ berhuhuhu sajalah dan berusaha jual balik sm org lain. Lesson learnt. Jadi jgn heran kalau sa minta payment dlu, kecuali COD lašŸ˜ Pernah dapat customer jauh dari Aussie beli bbrp kotak Nutriferon utk anak dia yg ada eczema. Tapi bila dia repeat...

Hospital Story - Baby Part I

I was awakened by a soft touch on my cheek. It was my baby! They showed me his genital and asked what was the gender. It's a boy weighed 2.75kg. The specialist already cut his tali pusat and wrap him with a towel. When I held him for the first time, I was quite blank. No special feeling at the moment but only felt that now I am someone's mother! A nurse squeezed my breast and some milk came out. But I was far from knowing how to nurse my baby. Both of my legs also very numb so I couldnt move as I pleased. They put baby on a crib but then he cried, I asked to put him with me again. I tried to nursed him but felt very hard, with my body still very weak and numb and the urge to sleep still very strong. We both then pushed into the High Dependency Ward (HDW). Then my parents, husband and my younger sister Fara went there. To my relief, one of the nurse in the ward was my junior in high school. I was half asleep.
